1.1 Quality of life improvements

Added some quality of life improvements, please report if any issues arise.

Changes:

• The water level was raised slightly as to make it a bit easier to scoop up ships
• Added arrow and wasd controls for moving the tentacle (dragging the bar still works and is still faster at the cost of being unable to attack properly while doing so)
• You can now press Enter key to submit name, instead of having to click the button
• You can now press Esc to immediately die during the game (basically an easier way to quit out while still saving the score)
